By accessing or using the PROspective platform, you agree to comply with these User Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Authorized Use

Users may only access the platform for legitimate project-related activities associated with authorized deployments.

Users may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access

Interfere with platform operation

Upload malicious content

Share login credentials

Misuse project data

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users must not share their login credentials with others.

4. Data Integrity

Users are responsible for ensuring that data entered into the platform is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

PROspective does not verify the accuracy of user-entered data.

5. Acceptable Use

Users may not use the platform to:

Store unlawful content

Violate privacy laws

Distribute malicious software

Conduct unauthorized data collection

6. Project Collaboration

Users may only access projects to which they have been invited by a project administrator.

Access may be revoked at any time by the Licensor or project administrators.

7. Suspension or Termination of Access

Licensor may suspend or terminate user access if the user:

Violates these Terms of Service

Misuses the platform

Attempts to bypass platform controls

8. Platform Availability

The platform may experience interruptions due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party services.

9. No Ownership Rights

Users do not obtain ownership rights to the PROspective platform or its software.

10. Changes to Terms

Licensor may update these Terms of Service periodically.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
